The Forum «Democratic Week of the Carpathian Sea 2025» has come to the end

In the format of expert discussions, the event brought together representatives of the government, public authorities and business for dialogue and search for solutions in the face of turbulence.
Roman Karpinskyy was a speaker at the discussion panel «Energy Strategy of Ukraine: Market Changes, Reforms and Development Prospects» from Eco-Optima Group of Companies.
The speaker shared the key achievements of Eco-Optima in implementing renewable energy projects during the full-scale war, including the Orivska wind farm, which is the largest in western Ukraine. He also spoke about the construction of new facilities (wind and hydroelectric power plants) and outlined the prospects for future initiatives.
The moderator of the discussion panel, Olga Babiy, Advisor to the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council on Energy Issues, noted the progressiveness and innovation of Eco-Optima Group and emphasised the results of the company's work.
Other panelists included Artem Nekrasov (Acting Director of SE «Guaranteed Buyer»), Oleksandr Kisilov (Head of Distributed Generation at JSC «Energy Company of Ukraine»), Olesia Mishchenko (Chairman of the Board of JSC «Fund for Decarbonization of Ukraine»), Roman Ivantsiv (Technical Director of Lvivoblenergo), Oleksandr Odynets (Director of Lvivteploenergo).
